SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note shipping times are on top of processing times and vary depending on many factors.
When you complete your Order you may be given options to choose how your goods will be delivered to your specified address. The delivery address must be an address within Australia and, for furniture and some smaller goods, cannot be a PO Box. Please ensure the delivery address stated on your order confirmation is correct. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by you due to any incorrect address details provided by you. We will also not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery of the goods caused by any third party delivery contractor engaged by us.
Pick up may be available in Sydney for some items. Please contact us for more information prior to completing your order and specify which items you would like to pick up.
Title in and risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection of the goods, as the case may be.
Although we will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver and/or supply the goods by the due date specified in the Order, this time is not of the essence. Deliveries and supplies at any time are subject to availability of stock and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind due to product unavailability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind suffered or incurred by you as a result of our failure to deliver and/or supply the goods or for any delay in delivery and/or supply of the Goods. If we quote a time for delivery or supply, it is an estimate only.
You will not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for the goods because of any delay in delivery or supply.
We may suspend the supply or delivery of the goods or terminate a contract if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are based on the type, size and weight of the products in your order and the Australian postcode you enter for delivery.
Where possible, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping. This does not mean that a future order of the same nature will or will not receive the same free shipping offer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@monkslane.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@monkslane.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a return address which will be provided to you. Return shipping fees may apply.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
